Job Description: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure and building projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to project timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading project teams through pre-project planning, design stages, and construction execution.

• Managing tender preparation, procurement, and contract administration.

• Ensuring timely delivery of projects, addressing technical, design, and construction issues.

• Engaging with stakeholders and authorities to secure necessary approvals.

• Utilizing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) tools for project management and delivery.

• Overseeing project completion and managing the Defects Liability Period (DLP) to ensure proper handover.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience or involvement in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry.

• Familiarity with PSSCOC.

• Proven ability to manage project teams and resolve construction challenges.

• Possess a strong, mature and proven ability to organize, manage and motivate a project team.

• Involvement in Integrated DigitalDelivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry will be an added advantage.
