Summary:
We seek a motivated candidate with a strong background in project and program management, excellent communications skills, and experience in working with data analysis, process development and optimization. This role will include scoping, developing and managing programs, defining and implementing processes, and managing cross functional stakeholders. The role will be based in Singapore.
Required Skills:
Project Manager – Global Response Operations Programs & Process Responsibilities:
Define program and project goals and objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Communicate program and project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on program progress and KPIs
Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. Proactively manage project risks to ensure successful delivery
Partner with internal teams to help define roadmap and long-term strategy based on broad understanding of operational performance and organizational priorities
Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements
Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
Identify and partner with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines to improve team optimization and documentation
Manage projects that improve team efficiency and impact, establishing operational systems and outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience managing cross-functional partners, creating shared goals and deliverables, tracking metrics, and presenting to leadership.
Demonstrated success managing the execution of complex projects in a large tech company
Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into an operational solution
Experience in distilling complex issues into clear, concise, and actionable insights that resonate with senior leadership
Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
Experience collaborating and influencing across multiple levels of an organization with experience leading cross-functional and iterative process improvement
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

Proficiency/ Basic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics, reporting and operational decision-making
Demonstrated experience performing well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Technical fluency to understand, communicate and drive impact in highly technical and fast-moving problem spaces
Experience communicating with data to drive change
