Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee numerous Environmental Services projects from cradle to grave including development of technical and commercial proposals, ongoing cost control, project management during scope execution, client interface/liaison and project close-out
- Drive HSEQ compliance and culture within offshore workforce and take ownership for HSEQ performance on individual projects
- Ensure compliance with Altrad Management System Procedures and policies
- Cultivate and maintain good relationships with ES Offshore workforce
- Provision of technical support
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safety
- Drive the culture within allocated projects for HSE behaviours.
- Understand the company safety policy requirements, ensuring at all times the works are undertaken and maintained to the highest safety standards
- Ensure that scopes under your control are reviewed and planned at a high level to ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements
- Promote safe working practices and safety awareness through implementation of the HSEQ Plan, safety campaigns, safety meetings and briefings
- Ensure that all equipment and working practices are planned to ensure compliance
- Ensure that all hazards are identified and assessed to mitigate risk exposure.
- Ensure that all corrective actions from accident / incident investigations / audits are closed out in an expedient manner
- Client
- Lead Client Engagement for projects and work with a client-focussed mindset
- Develop operational plans in conjunction with client requirements
- Ensure that all client expectations are delivered
- Follow up client enquiries and demands promptly
- Cultivate and develop good relations
- Commercial
- Monitor the contract budgets and costs
- Support negotiations with the Customer where any variations and changes to contract carry commercial implications
- Operations
- Overall management and accountability for workscopes from Engineering to Execution
- Work with Logistics teams to ensure correct disciplines are allocated specific to the scope of work
- Provide Yard and Logistics team with all Equipment Requirements for workscopes
- Propose the most efficient methodology and technology to ensure high standard of delivery and results for our clients
- Monitor progress and success of workscopes, ensuring timely reporting back to clients
- Provision of technical support to offshore and onshore teams across all disciplines
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical knowledge of Environmental Services delivery (Ultra/High Pressure Water Jetting, Confined Space Entry Tank/Vessel Cleaning) and ability to develop methodologies and SSOW documentation (RAMS, permit reviews, equipment and PPE requirements)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Commercial Awareness
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Suite
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects at once essential
- Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
- APM Qualification desirable
- Knowledge/experience of Specialist Environmental Services i.e. Cold Cutting, Chemical Cleaning desirable
- Knowledge of Offshore O&G Operations
