An established property and construction consultancy in Manchester is currently looking for a competent Project Manager to join their experienced team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of regional projects including education, healthcare, and local authority developments.This position is ideal for a Project Manager with a consultancy background and a hands-on approach to delivering multiple concurrent projects within the built environment.The Project Manager’s roleThe Project Manager will oversee a variety of construction projects from initial brief through to completion. Duties will include stakeholder management, programme monitoring, budget control, and contract administration.
