HSE ManagersConstruction HSE Management oversees the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental operations at Northern Central Europe onshore and offshore sites. Our dedicated team includes HSE managers, HSE Team Leads, and HSE professionals from both Vestas employees and external sub-contractors. We manage project-specific HSE tasks during the planning, preparation, and execution phases, such as liaising with internal and external stakeholders, advising and influencing the project team on HSE topics, daily HSE reporting on incidents and observations, communicating with the client and project team on HSE matters, promoting day-to-day HSE awareness and communication on site.Responsibilities

Das Construction HSE Management überwacht die Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben in Nordeuropa und Zentraleuropa auf Onshore- und Offshore-Baustellen.
Unser engagiertes Team besteht aus HSE-Managern, HSE-Teamleitern sowie internen und externen HSE-Fachkräften. Wir betreuen projektspezifische HSE-Aufgaben in den Phasen Planung, Vorbereitung und Ausführung. Dazu gehören u. a. die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Beratung und Unterstützung der Projektteams in HSE-Themen, tägliches Reporting von Vorfällen und Beobachtungen, Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und dem Projektteam zu HSE-Fragen sowie die kontinuierliche Förderung des HSE-Bewusstseins und der Kommunikation auf der Baustelle.Aufgaben
