HSE ManagersConstruction HSE Management oversees the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental operations at Northern Central Europe onshore and offshore sites. Our dedicated team includes HSE managers, HSE Team Leads, and HSE professionals from both Vestas employees and external sub-contractors. We manage project-specific HSE tasks during the planning, preparation, and execution phases, such as liaising with internal and external stakeholders, advising and influencing the project team on HSE topics, daily HSE reporting on incidents and observations, communicating with the client and project team on HSE matters, promoting day-to-day HSE awareness and communication on site.Responsibilities

• Be a part of and advise Project Management teams throughout planning, preparation and execution of our onshore Central Region construction projects
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously support efforts to make the workplace safer for on-site workers
• Review and revise documents in support of the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System
• Facilitate and participate in Incident investigations when required along with our site based HSE Professionals

Qualifications

• Vocational training in technical or safety engineering or a relevant field with transferable skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, preferably within the wind industry or civil engineering
• Hold a qualification in Occupational Safety (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit)
• Have held or currently hold the position of construction site Health & Safety Coordinator – Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator (SiGeKo)
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Fluent in both German and English
• Full driver’s license

Competencies

• Leadership experience in HSE management
• Experience with change management
• HSE risk management, HSE assurance such as safety audits as well as emergency response planning
• Formal Health, Safety or Environmental qualifications as listed above
• Understanding of ISO14001 & ISO45001
• Proficiency in IT skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Root Cause Analysis and incident investigations skills

Das Construction HSE Management überwacht die Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben in Nordeuropa und Zentraleuropa auf Onshore- und Offshore-Baustellen.
Unser engagiertes Team besteht aus HSE-Managern, HSE-Teamleitern sowie internen und externen HSE-Fachkräften. Wir betreuen projektspezifische HSE-Aufgaben in den Phasen Planung, Vorbereitung und Ausführung. Dazu gehören u. a. die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Beratung und Unterstützung der Projektteams in HSE-Themen, tägliches Reporting von Vorfällen und Beobachtungen, Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und dem Projektteam zu HSE-Fragen sowie die kontinuierliche Förderung des HSE-Bewusstseins und der Kommunikation auf der Baustelle.Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit und Beratung von Projektmanagement-Teams in den Phasen Planung, Vorbereitung und Ausführung von Onshore-Bauprojekten in der Central Region
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Kontinuierliche Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Sicherheit der Arbeitsumgebung für die Beschäftigten vor Ort
• Überprüfung und ggf. Überarbeitung von Dokumenten im Rahmen des Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems
• Unterstützung und Teilnahme an Unfalluntersuchungen gemeinsam mit unseren HSE-Fachkräften vor Ort

Qualifikationen

• Berufsausbildung im Bereich Technik oder Sicherheitsingenieurwesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit übertragbaren Qualifikationen
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gesundheitsschutz, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz, idealerweise in der Windenergie- oder Bauindustrie
• Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
• Tätigkeit als oder Erfahrung als Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator (SiGeKo)
• Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B

Kompetenzen

• Führungserfahrung im Bereich HSE-Management
• Erfahrung im Change Management
• Erfahrung im HSE-Risikomanagement, in der HSE-Auditierung sowie in der Notfallplanung
• Relevante formale Qualifikationen im Bereich Gesundheitsschutz, Arbeitssicherheit oder Umweltschutz
• Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 14001 und ISO 45001
• Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Erfahrung in der Ursachenanalyse und bei Unfalluntersuchungen
