RequirementsEssentialDesirableEducation & QualificationsAt least 2 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above, including English Language and Mathematics.Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering ONC, or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.HNC/HND level / NVQ Level 4 / Foundation degree.Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceOutstanding technical attributes & an aptitude for fault finding.Significant technical ability in area of expertise (relating to our products).Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation.Ability to train others.Sound IT skills (particularly MS Excel and Laptop/Tablet computers)Ability to compile technical reports.Ability to efficiently organise own work load.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Competency & BehaviourReliable, passionate and collaborative. Ability to demonstrate Wabtec values at all times:
