• Partner with senior stakeholders across product, technical, and business teams to align with the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with your team to shape the product roadmap and create actionable project plans.
• Prioritise tasks in the backlog to reflect key profit drivers, strategic clients, and business risks.
• Participate in story elaboration and estimation during backlog refinement sessions.
• Conduct research on market trends, user needs, and competitors to inform decision-making.
• Communicate effectively at all levels to influence, persuade, and negotiate, ensuring a shared understanding of status, progress, and plans.
• Provide clear and transparent planning and reporting to business stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder groups to align interests, resolve conflicts, and keep the business on track.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on priorities and return on investment.
• Encourage innovation within your product area, nurturing new ideas and bringing them to fruition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with eCommerce solutions.
• Ability to define and measure user journeys.
• Experience with whitelabel solutions is a plus.
• Confidence and willingness to drive the product vision and manage conflicting demands.
• Strong time management skills and a desire to achieve committed goals.
• Experience working with business users to define requirements and design solutions.
• A collaborative approach to creating great product solutions for customer problems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
• Proven experience in writing product requirements stories.
