If you can demonstrate a background in handling data, and if you have excellent communication and collaboration skills, we may have the perfect role for you!THE JOBConveyancing Sales is a high-volume fast paced sales operation. This role is crucial to our efficiency and plays a key part in ensuring that the wider sales team has correct and detailed information. You will coordinate with external search providers, conducting due diligence checks, and communicating search results to internal stakeholders and clients.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SALES PROCESSING ASSISTANT

  • Coordinate and manage the process of obtaining property searches from external providers, including local authority searches, land registry checks, and environmental searches.
  • Conduct due diligence checks on search results, identifying and escalating any issues or discrepancies to the relevant parties within the conveyancing team.
  • Communicate search results to internal stakeholders, clients, and other relevant parties in a clear and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with search providers to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of search results, resolving any discrepancies or delays that may arise.
  • Maintain organised and accurate records of search requests, results, and associated documentation.
  • Work closely with the conveyancing team to integrate search processes seamlessly into overall case management.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and requirements related to property searches in the UK.
  • Any other duty as assigned by your line manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • You’ll also be a great listener and problem solver.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the legal or property sector is advantageous
  • Familiarity with property search processes and procedures within the UK conveyancing context
  • Excellent communication skills
