Location: GlasgowOverview:
A great opportunity is available for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a varied and often complex caseload while collaborating with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in private client work
- Good technical skills, including experience of drafting wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and advising on Inheritance Tax
Responsibilities:
- Independently managing a diverse caseload, including drafting wills, setting up Trusts and advising clients
- Supervising and supporting fee-earners and junior members of the team
- Working with the partner to develop and grow the team as well as developing the existing client base
Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in private client matters
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach when working with clients
