This is an opportunity for an experienced PA to join one of Edinburgh’s leading private client law firms.QED Legal’s client has been at the forefront of private client work in Scotland for decades, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to clients focussed on their tax and succession planning.Their Edinburgh office has began the search for a proactive, organized, and professional Legal PA to support a senior Partner in their private client team.
Your duties will include:

• Diary & Email Management: Organize and prioritize the diaries of senior solicitors, manage appointments, and respond to client inquiries.
• Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
• File & Case Management: Organize and maintain client files and case documents, ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards.
• Billing & Financial Admin: Assist with billing, invoicing, and other administrative duties as required.
• Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where necessary.
