Join a growing highways team in Bristol as a Principal Highway Engineer. Lead impactful projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the strategic growth of the team while delivering technical excellence in highway and infrastructure schemes.Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management and delivery of highway schemes.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.
• Manage resources and contribute to business development.
• Ensure quality standards and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote a health, safety, and welfare culture across all projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering highway schemes (local/national/private sector).
• Strong knowledge of DMRB and MCDHW.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, and drainage design is a plus.
