Location: Belfast City Centre
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (37 hours per week)
Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hourMain Duties Include:
The main purpose of the role is to provide effective and responsive secretarial support to the senior officer. This involves mailbox and diary management alongside proactive planning and coordination of tasks within a constantly changing environment.Essential Experience:

  • At least one year’s experience in dealing with office duties to include diary and mailbox management, dealing with enquiries, word processing, prioritising work, coordinating, and drafting responses to correspondence.
  • Sound working knowledge in the use of Windows applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience as secretariat to meetings is preferable but not essential as training and support is available.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths & English graded A to C or the level 2 equivalent.
  • 2 A-levels in 2 separate subjects (evidence required).
  • Successful candidate will be subject to an Access NI check.
