Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence SolicitorL500 rated West Midlands firm has an opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Birmingham city centre office.You will run a caseload biased towards claimant personal injury with the remainder claimant clinical negligence and should have experience of both disciplines. You should have at least 3 years’ experience of managing a varied caseload, including some fast track and multi-track RTA, EL, PL and clinical negligence matters from initial instruction to final completionThe personal injury side will involve dealing with RTAs, EL and PL work. Clinical negligence matters you can expect to be involved in include birth injury, spinal injury, surgical, fatal accident, delay in diagnosis or delay in treatment and incorrect or inappropriate treatment.Part of the role will involve working with the team on business development, supporting marketing initiatives and maintaining effective client relationships.For further information, please contact Kate Sinclair at Chadwick Nott on:katesinclair@chadwicknott.co.uk
