Are you a detail-oriented Pensions Administrator with a passion for transforming complex financial landscapes? This prestigious global advisory firm is searching for an exceptional Senior Pensions Administrator to spearhead high-impact buy-in and buy-out projects that are reshaping the pensions industry.Position Overview
Interested in joining the team? You will lead the administration of complex buy-in and buy-out projects, coordinating multiple workstreams and providing technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery promises and performance standards are met
• Escalate problems and cases to Team Leader
• Provide technical guidance on complex pension issues
• Identify process improvements and propose recommendations
• Coach and mentor junior associates, providing feedback
• Monitor projects to ensure target dates are achieved
• Develop homepage and precedent documents
• Produce test packs for DB and DC calculations
• Assist in due diligence exercises and data analysis
• Manage data cleaning and large mailing projects

Requirements

• Experience with occupational pension schemes
• Strong background in final salary pensions administration
• Knowledge of buy-ins and buy-outs
• Experience coaching and supporting junior associates
• Project experience is an advantage
