We are seeking a dedicated Paramedic Practitioner to join our team in Bognor Regis, providing advanced patient care across a variety of healthcare settings.About the Role:As a Paramedic Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of patient care in the community and emergency response situations. You will respond to emergency calls, deliver clinical assessments, and provide high-quality treatment to patients of all ages. Whether it’s managing urgent care in a local center or delivering care in patients’ homes, your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the best outcomes for those in need.You’ll work as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with GPs, nurses, and hospital staff to deliver comprehensive and timely care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paramedic looking to further develop their clinical skills in a supportive and varied environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls, providing rapid assessments and treatment.
• Deliver advanced clinical care in a range of settings, including pre-hospital, urgent care, and community-based care.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, from minor injuries to more complex medical issues.
• Educate patients on their health, offering advice on prevention, recovery, and self-care.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuous patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established clinical guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:

• HCPC-registered Paramedic.
• Advanced clinical practice qualifications or willingness to complete them.
• Experience in pre-hospital emergency care, with a proven ability to work autonomously and manage medical emergencies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, making quick, informed decisions when needed.

Desirable Skills:

• ALS (Advanced Life Support) certification.
• Experience in urgent or primary care settings.
• V300 Prescriber.
• Familiarity with local healthcare services in Bognor Regis and surrounding areas.
