Being both upvc window manufacturers and aluminium window manufacturers, we work with the trade, new build, social housing and educational sectors since 1979, our reputation is built on service excellence.We are a hard-working team who work to our values of integrity, teamwork, determination, excellence and pride, to achieve our purpose of improving Britain’s homes.We are looking for an Order Processor to provide an accurate and efficient order processing service on conservatories, roofs, doors and windows.PositionWhat you’ll be doing:

• Processing frames/orders for our trade customers, including windows, doors and conservatories
• Offering advice and technical support to customers
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, and liaising with internal teams as required
• Using Windows Designer and bespoke in-house software packages
• Based at our site in Wellingborough

RequirementsYou will have:

• Ideally worked within data processing or data entry and enjoy working with standard processes
• Have some phone based customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
• Ability to challenge & influence key stakeholders and work well under pressure

Other informationSalary: £22,308 – £24,000 per annum, Depending on experience.Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)Benefits:
