The multi-purpose venue offers a versatile backdrop for a wide range of business and works with a broad range of impressive clients, across both the corporate and arts spaces.THE ROLEThis role is seeking an exceptional Operational Director, with a commitment to rigour and excellence, with passion and determination, to help build the success of this exceptional venue. The Operations Director is the key point of contact for all teams and departments in assessing the practicalities, operational logistics and risk implications of events and activities taking place within the venue and in the public realm.This is a broad role that includes duties such as:
THE CANDIDATECandidates will need to comprehensive experience in managing a large-scale event venue or site-based operations with proven ability to work at a senior level within a complex organisation. You will have experience in developing and implementing emergency planning, major incident and business continuity strategies informed by practical experience of security strategies, crowd management, counter terrorism preparedness and fire safety.
