Pirelli Motorsport Services Ltd, one of the leading international tyre manufacturers, currently have an opportunity for an experienced Motorsport Warehouse Manager to join the busy team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The successful individual will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse facility.This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with us!Working within our successful team and reporting to the Logistics’ Manager, the role will include:Managing personnel, warehouse layout and tyre equipment planning to ensure maximum space utilization and efficiencies.The day-to-day management of a team of direct reports ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet the volume of work/activity.Warehouse management including the overall control and responsibility for the movement and records of inventory, including tyres, materials and equipment in and out of the facility in line with company procedures.To assist in the production of planned maintenance programs and schedules to ensure equipment is maintained in safe and reliable condition ensuring optimum efficiency.To organise and manage the maintenance of the vehicle fleet including servicing and MOT’s.To supervise preparation and completion of shipments for loading and unloading.To assist the Property Manager with building maintenanceHealth and Safety management and reportingEssential CriteriaWarehouse management and computer systemsDriving LicenceFLT licenceExcellent organisational skills, able to multitask and prioritise at busy times
