Remuneration: £22,000 – £26,000 per annum

We are seeking a Member Services Officer to assist in delivering outstanding service to our valued members! This role would be the perfect fit for an entry level canddiate. 🌟Responsibilities:

• Process all insurance claims, including sickness and life insurance claims.

• Handle general inquiries from customers via phone, email, or letter.

• Provide information about our organisation’s products.

• Work collaboratively with a small, friendly team to meet our members’ needs.

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is a plus!

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Computer literacy is essential.

• A self-starter who can meet or exceed deadlines.

• High integrity and the ability to work autonomously.

• Creative problem-solver with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
