We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Marketing Specialist. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail and analysis and a proactive attitude to drive results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The role will report into the UK Senior Marketing Manager.The Responsibilities
- Website:
- Localise Global Web Content: Review, proofread, and adapt global web content for the UK where needed taking into account local market and consumer needs.
- Review Global Web Content: Regularly review the website to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, accuracy of information, and SEO best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation and analyse website performance.
- Manage all local web content: lead the development, updates and copy for all local pages alongside proactive review and analysis.
- Measurement and analysis: lead the regular reporting on the website and provide recommendations for optimisations.
- Support on any ad hoc needs e.g. digital competitions, partnership pages
- CRM and Newsletters:
- Work in close collaboration with the global marketing team and local teams to create a content calendar that aligns to business strategies, priorities and objectives.
- Provide recommendations for local adaptations of global content as well as content for locally led newsletters.
- Provide regular analysis on the performance alongside future optimisation recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Review, proofread and adapt where relevant any CRM journeys and content.
- PPC
- Review the global PPC activations, feed in local keywords and information to the global team to adapt strategies and executions where needed to drive optimum performance.
- Paid social:
- Support the Marketing team with any needs for paid social boosting, tagging, performance and competitor analysis, posting/ scheduling and proofreading.
- Coordination with external agencies and partners: Collaborate with external agencies where needed, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Creative assets production: Adapt the global creative assets or, create new ones within the brand guidelines using internal creative platforms or in collaboration with the creative agencies.
The ideal candidateWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively. As a hands-on team player with a positive, can-do attitude, you will thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic team environment. Your strong organisation and planning skills will be essential in managing tasks efficiently, while your enthusiasm for trying new ideas and approaches will drive innovation within the team.
- Proficient use of digital marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud, Dato, Power BI, Jira, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta business suite, Figma is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills including budget management.
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
- Ideally a background in marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ideally a valid UK driver’s licence.
