The Impact You’ll MakeThis position requires strong cross-team collaboration across multiple functions and close partnership with corporate communications and social impact teammates across Asia and in the US. This position is opened in Villach, Austria but could also be located in one of our major Lam offices in Germany or France.What You’ll DoThis role requires a dynamic self-starter with strong organization skills, strong knowledge of business productivity tools, the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and a collaborative approach to build strong partnerships with colleagues from different functions across Asia, Europe and North America.External & Employee Communications

• Manage editorial calendar and co-operate with the global team for developing and localizing content
• Support local media activities: press releases, media events and content development
• Develop content for campaigns and company communications platforms including social media
• Support communications for employee events and community activities
• Implement communications frameworks and processes
• Develop branding materials for internal and external communications and serve as a point of contact for partners
• Ensure brand compliance

Other Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate marketing communication activities
• Support Lam sponsorship activations and Lam-owned marketing events
• Help drive employee participation in social impact activities

Who We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in a communications role or similar function. Experience in the technology, semiconductor, semiconductor equipment (B2B), or the electronics industry would be an advantage
• University degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent academic qualification
• Experience as a writer in the traditional media or a content creator in new media
• Possesses basic knowledge of creative tools (Photoshop, illustrator, video editing and etc.)
• Highly fluent in English; knowledge of German, French or other European language/s where we have offices would be a plus
• Skilled in MS Office: PPT, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams
• Event management experience
• Proactive and responsible team player with strong communication skills

What We’re OfferingThis position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group F depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
