In this highly visible role, you will partner with the Southeast Asia (SEA) Leadership Team and their respective functions to develop long-range strategic plans for Mondelēz International in SEA under the guidance of the SEA Strategy Director. This role is expected to regularly interact with Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Finance and Country Sales teams to identify internal and external opportunities that will drive growth in line with our strategic aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of SEA’s long-term Vision and Strategic Plan
Bring an ‘outside in’ perspective in analyzing macro trends, consumer behavior, competitor dynamics and market data to identify organic growth opportunities, as well as organizational capability gaps
Lead high-priority cross-functional SEA projects, providing strategic and analytical thought leadership to develop actionable recommendations
Support inorganic growth by identifying and assessing high potential M&A targets
Define and track relevant KPIs to deliver our Strategic Plan and key initiatives
Drive governance of SEA’s Strategic Plan by managing the SEA Leadership Team’s engagement platforms and agenda
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Top tier strategy consulting experience with FMCG exposure strongly preferred, 5-10 years of total work experience is ideal
Intellectual curiosity, a structured thought process, and strong analytical capability
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop storylines for presentations and the executive presence to present to senior leadership
Proficiency in business planning and financial modelling, with a deep understanding of business levers and financial reports
Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills are critical
An ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach in interacting with diverse, cross-functional team
Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
