How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:
- As a manager, you lead a small expert team, ensuring high-quality reports with analytical insights that can be translated into actionable steps for stakeholders
- You are passionate about using your data analytics and management skills to drive project success
- In this role, you support international teams and senior management by providing project management expertise and guidance for the successful execution of internal projects
- You are responsible for regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and presenting results tailored to their needs
- You thrive in a buying-driven organisation that is evolving towards a service-oriented support model in an international context
- With your experience in data analysis, you coordinate testing of new developments by centralised functions and follow up on incident handling
- Together with your team, you are responsible for reporting, analysing, and interpreting internal and external data to identify opportunities for value chain optimisation
- You will be the main point of contact for the international buying teams in Data & Analytics, defining requirements for new projects and prioritising demands for centralized functions
Your profileThe requirements of the role include:
- You have completed academic education, ideally with a focus on business, IT, computer science or a related field
- You have several years of professional experience in Project Management or Data Analytics (Azure, Databricks, Tableau) or Data Governance
- You thrive in an international environment and possess business-fluent English skills
- You are experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams with emphasis on service delivery satisfaction
- Your fundamental analytical skills and proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments will support your success in this role
- You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- You are well-versed in creating target-oriented communication channels and delivering complex information in a clear and concise manner
- You bring solid leadership experience and are passionate about developing and empowering your team
