These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunityAs the Manager, Cybersecurity Design you will lead cybersecurity design reviews, perform cybersecurity assessments for technology applications to ensure that cybersecurity requirements are being met.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and triage incoming SSDLC requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution and tracking.
• Collaborate with Technology stakeholders, Architecture review teams to integrate security requirements into application design and become a trusted cyber advisor to ensure cybersecurity is factored into application lifecycles from the beginning. Further, ensure applications meet continued compliance with Global Cybersecurity standards and policies.
• Provide expert guidance on secure design practices and security controls. Identify and escalate security risks uncovered during design assessments.
• Identify and own initiatives within Business Information Security to optimize cyber review processes, delivering a better experience for customers and reducing inefficiencies within the team.
• Empower leadership with data-driven insights by developing and delivering impactful KPI and metrics reports.

• Proven experience in implementing SSDLC best practices, cybersecurity assessment role
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, architecture and application security best practices
• Knowledge of AI technologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate technical information, security topics, policies, and standards.
• Experience in managing people or teams. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex security concepts to technical and non technical audiences.

Preferred:

• Degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent
• Cybersecurity professional qualification such as CISSP or equivalent
