In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and development partners to ensure the platform meets functional requirements and operates securely within Arrow’s guidelines. You will play a critical role in shaping the platform’s evolution and ensuring the successful delivery of development projects.What will you be doing at Arrow?

• Work with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize functional development of the managed services platform.
• Collaborate with development partners to ensure on-time releases, thorough testing, and high-quality developments.
• Provide the program manager with input on platform evolution and functional releases.
• Maintain the architectural design of the managed services platform ecosystem.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on processes and functional capabilities of the platform ecosystem.
• Ensure the security of the ecosystem in accordance with Arrow guidelines and policies.
• Continuously assess the platform’s performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to managed services platforms and architecture.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a platform architecture role, preferably within managed services or similar environments.
• Proven experience in working with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize development efforts.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services, ensuring security and compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
