Are you organised, reliable, and looking for a role that’s the full package? Sodexo is looking for a Mailroom Porter in London, W1F 7HS to join our team! For careers that mean business.What you’ll do:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to various departments
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labelling, and coordinating pick ups
  • Assist with internal mail and document deliveries within the office
  • Keep the mailroom organised, clean and efficient
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

What you bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills for record keeping/tracking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a mail room or similar is a plus, but not essential.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Shifts will vary between 7am-7pm
  • 40 Hours per week
  • £14.10 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
  • Full training and uniform provided
  • We are based in the heart of Soho
  • 4 minutes away from Oxford Street
