Not only that, we also offer a host of exceptional team member benefits too.We’re looking for an experienced and passionate luggage porter to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.The RoleYour role will be to truly listen to our guests, to anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.Your key duties will include welcoming our guests on arrival and guiding them to the reception area as well as handling the luggage operation for groups and individuals for both arrivals and departures.The PersonWe look for receptionists with previous experience in a similar role who are absolutely committed to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality, and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent presentation & grooming standards
• Calm, efficient, and organised with great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest
• Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Competent level of IT proficiency
