Job Purpose and Impact
Logistics Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspect of warehouse logistics administrative work. This includes processing inbound and outbound inventory transactions in the system and coordinate with warehouse/logistics forwarders and internal stakeholders on arrangement of transportation and unloading/loading of containers to ensure timely delivery of products. Assist in tally of stock and validation of all documentation for proper receiving and delivery.
Key Accountabilities

Coordination and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries between warehouse to plant or to customers.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to warehouse operation & inventory activities.

Liaise with key stakeholders to assist in investigation of warehouse/logistics-related service incidents like damages, delays, stock discrepancies etc to report & present to management for resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain coordination between departments.

Involve in bi-monthly and annual stock count and reconciliation activities.

Other duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
-
Confirmed ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced environment, including sound prioritization, sense of urgency and multitasking

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated strong client and customer focus

Minimum of two years of related work experience

Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
-
Diploma holder with at least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing business, supply chain or warehouse logistics related areas.

Familiar with WMS and ERP system like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP etc.
