£25,000 + BonusWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating property transactions and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have some Residential Lettings experience, be able to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, and have a keen interest in the property market.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
Prepare marketing materials and manage online listings for properties.
Organise property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
Provide administrative support including preparing contracts and managing paperwork.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:​Residential Lettings Experience
