Competitive Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 as a basic salary, with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission schemeTravel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commuteWe are currently recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. • Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
• First-Class Customer Service: Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
• Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
• Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
• Target Driven: Embrace the challenge of setting and surpassing targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results
