SALARY: Up to c£26,000 DOEOVERVIEW:

• You will assist the conveyancing team in managing Residential Property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.
• Conduct property searches and ensure all necessary checks are completed.
• Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
• The firm will consider a legal secretary with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in conveyancing or an audio typist with similar experience.
