Qualified Social Worker with current SWE registration.
Solid experience working with Learning Disabilities
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, etc.).
Confidence in completing assessments, support plans, and safeguarding interventions.
A proactive and compassionate individual with great communication and advocacy skills.The Role:
As a Locum Social Worker, you’ll be working within a dedicated Learning Disabilities team, supporting individuals and their families to achieve better outcomes. This includes:Carrying out assessments of need and risk.
Developing person-centered support plans.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
