Job DescriptionRole: Agile Project Manager
Skills: IT Project Management, Agile(SAFe), Financial Services Domain experience
Location: Burgess Hill, UKResponsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple agile teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
• Define and maintain milestones and release plans.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Leadership to ensure alignment and progress.
• Communicate delivery status and key decisions to leadership, including sign-off coordination.
• Drive and steer technical program discussions related to architecture and system design.
• Co-develop and document technical solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements and best practices.
• Maintain and evolve technical and regulatory documentation for ongoing development and compliance.
• Track and document technical debt and health features in JIRA on a rotating basis.
• Finalize sprint commitments and plans from a technical perspective.
• Ensure PI Readiness by validating features against readiness criteria.
• Experience in Financial Services domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Agile teams and ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Technical background or strong technical acumen to support planning and execution.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile planning tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system design principles.
• Background in software development or engineering is a plus.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in Financial Services domain and specifically on Credit Card domain
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.Personal
