You support in identifying future topics in the development of innovative systems and components. You will work in agile development teams with technically fascinating and sophisticated products and services from the Bosch Group.Together with us you lay the foundation for your future as a manager. For us, leadership means continuously advancing yourself and other people, influencing existing processes and thus achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals.What awaits you:
QualificationsPersonality: You already show inventiveness for topics such as electric motors and power electronics or green energy concepts such as heat pump systems, stationary fuel cells or hydrogen as energy storage. You enjoy promoting and getting other people excited about them. You consider courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness to be desirable attitudes. * Background: In your technical master’s or diploma studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer science, natural sciences or similar, you have deepened the topic of electromobility and completed it with above-average success. Maybe you have already gained an MBA, PhD or first professional experience.
