Einleitung We are looking for a motivated Junior Epitaxial Engineer to join our advanced materials team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of epitaxial growth processes for semiconductor and related applications. Your responsibilities include operating Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) or Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) systems, monitoring growth parameters, and assisting with equipment maintenance.
