MAKE YOUR MARKInsurance Management Expert (f/m/d)How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:
- In this role you will transform the insurance strategy and manage the global insurance program
- You should align business strategies with the Group insurance strategy
- You’ll work closely with our external insurance brokers
- You are responsible for the annual insurance renewal, including related processes and policies
- You’ll conduct the risk assessments including needs, risk appetite and claims development for global insurance coverage
- You will manage the global insurance functions of the ALDI SÜD Group including the US, Europe, China and Australia
- You”ll devise minimum insurance related requirements (e. g. risk engineering standards)
- You”ll analyze and support the introduction of a Risk & Insurance Management Software Solution
- You will be connected to the enterprise risk management to mitigate risks with adequate insurance strategies and programs
Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:
- You have an academic degree in Business/Finance or an apprenticeship in the insurance sector
- As an Insurance Management Expert you have at least 3 years of experience in an insurance management related function (e.g. Broker, Inhouse Broker, Reinsurance, Underwriter, Risk Management)
- You have got an analytical way of thinking and the distinct ability to work on complex issues independently
- Structured, quality-oriented and independent way of working with a high level of accuracy is a matter of course for you
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart
- You are fluent in the English language, German would be beneficial
