Are you a qualified Solicitor or a NQ Solicitor looking to specialise and practice within Insolvency law? Are you wanting to get away from a Commercial Litigation background so that you can become a specialist in Insolvency law?My client is a leading Legal 500 law firm based outside Bournemouth, Dorset with a great reputation and a proven track record for success. It is currently looking to grow its Insolvency team in this key placement due to an increase in workload. The team handles both non-contentious and contentious insolvency matters to include corporate insolvency, restructuring and solvent reorganisation matters. This is a critical hire.Insolvency experience is not essential, although some knowledge would be required. Candidates with a commercial litigation or commercial/banking law background will also be considered.
