Commercial Lawyer – Global Manufacturing Leader (Part-Time)Location: Glasgow/Paisley Hybrid or Fully Remote

Requirement: 2–3 days per weekA pioneering, sustainability-driven manufacturer with a global footprint is seeking its first in-house Commercial Lawyer. • Lead strategic contract negotiations to support commercial growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Technical) to manage risk and drive innovation.
• Establish a proactive legal culture aligned with global expansion goals.

What You Need

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial law.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in Scots Law preferred; postgrad in Commercial/Corporate Law a plus.
