The role represents a fantastic opportunity to join the business at a busy but exciting stage of their development, and build on their existing platform with innovative People practice to support as the business continues to evolve, grow & develop for the future.This Senior HRBP role requires an inquisitive HR professional to embrace their current operating model, and to subsequently enhance & deliver a contemporary HR service which supports employee needs going forward; fostering a culture of high performance across a remotely based workforce.A true HR generalist, you will draw on your expertise, skills & knowledge; however key to your success will be your ability to engage key stakeholders & influence & challenge effectively. A particular strength, will be your ability to operate in a change agent capacity, challenging the status quo and implementing added value HR initiatives, especially around colleague engagement, leadership capability, reward, organisation effectiveness, and performance.Commercially astute and bottom-line focused, you will use your highly honed coaching skills to build credible relationships in which you will initiate & facilitate positive change. This role will appeal to a senior People professional that have supported fast growth (especially acquisitions) engaged with stakeholders to understand business issues and delivered innovative & insightful business solutions that have resulted in significant performance. It’s a busy role within a complex, customer service focused, multi-sited business structure, and previous expertise of such an environment is an imperative advantage.
