The teamThe HR Department focuses on the delivery of strategy, policy, procedures and advice to enable a supportive working environment for all members of the firm and the development of the skills and expertise of employees and partners.
The opportunityResponsible for managing the operational day-to-day function of the generalist HR team ensuring we have policies and practices that align with the business strategy and in line with best practice. Managing and supporting the HR Advisor and HR Administrator through all aspects of the HR lifecycle including advice and guidance to partners, managers and employees on all generalist HR matters. Providing commercially focussed people solutions that consider the business strategy and growth planning, policies and procedures, employment legislation and HR best practice.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGeneralist HR

Who we are looking forThe successfaul candidate will have previous experience of working in Human Resources at manager level within a professional services environment (law firm experience preffered).
