Essentially, your job will be to…… provide hands-on HR support including recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy development. You’ll work closely with management and staff, ensuring compliance with employment laws while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Should you apply?If you have at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, desirably within manufacturing should apply – after conversations with the hiring manager, if you have that experience, you’ll have a good chance of being successful.Benefits for You:
