Take off with us!We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position “HR Advisor” (m/f/d).Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting the business on all HR administrative processes and tools
• Administrative implementation of all individual HR measures e.g. movements and contractual changes
• Administrative support of the recruiting activities
• HR data maintenance and reporting
• Supporting the HRBPs in relevant HR campaigns e.g. performamce, goals and salary
• Supporting the HRBPs in initiatievs projects

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of business adminstration, Communication Studies or a comparable qualification
• Completed vocational training with many years of professional experience as a personnel purchasing agent
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of Personnel processing, Human Resources and Secretariat/Assistance
• First knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Fluent in German and English
