AFC Wimbledon are recruiting Casual Hospitality Waiting Staff to join our team for Matchdays and Events!The roar of the crowd, the thrill of events, and the taste of victory. Join our team and help us fuel the spirit of AFC Wimbledon and create memorable moments.DutiesYou will be offering our guests the best possible experience, serving food and drinks efficiently and be engaging in a polite and friendly manner. This is a guest faciing role where you could be working in a busy environment.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing a high-quality dining experience through exceptional customer service
• Being responsible for the preparation, set-up, and closedown of the restaurant
• Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to support guests with allergen and dietary enquiries
• Ensuring smooth and efficient table turnover whilst providing memorable experiences for our guests

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
• Flexibility in availability is preferred to accommodate matchdays and events
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest service
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Due to the nature of this role, we can only accept applications from candidates who are over 18
