Helpdesk Manager – Facilities – Up to 35,000 + PackageWe are recruiting for a growing organisation who are looking for Helpdesk Service Manager to work in their head office on their Service Helpdesk managing the UK wide remote field based Engineers, Workload scheduling, planning PPM works and Reactive callouts, and other tasks to include procurement, travel and other tasks.This role is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, no Weekends or evenings required.Helpdesk Manager – Package

Helpdesk Service Co-ordinator – Requirements

  • Used to running a busy helpdesk – Desirable
  • Scheduling of Engineers workloads – Desirable
  • Full Driving Licence – Desirable
  • IT Skills and Reporting – Desirable
