What you’ll do:
The primary function of the job is to manage all PD sales efforts within the country either, direct or through partners; as well as achieve annual sales and growth targets.
“A. Leading a team to achieve sales revenue target in the assigned country for Power Distribution business (e.g. MV Switchgear, Transformer, LV Switchgear & Component & Busway)
B. Develop & Build strong partnership with stake holder, distributors,panel builders, ME contractors, consultant and end user
C. Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
D. Work with marketing primes to implement marketing communication and strategy to expand the brand image
E. Analyse the market intelligence to define strategy to increase product market share
F. Leverage all other EATON team members and CE- firms to surround the customer and increase EATON’s share of wallet in the “Named Account”
G. Mobilise EATON resources to close projects and create satisfied customers
H. Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the customers’ organization
I. Comply with bid review process
J. Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
K. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally
L. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values.
M. Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton business
N. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement”
Qualifications:
“Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, major in Engineering
“
“5+ years related experience in power distribution sales
Couple of years of people management experience preferred”
Skills:
“A. Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
B. Knowledge of low voltage, medium voltage products and systems as well as control and electrical design”
“A. Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
B. Strong Time Management Skills
C. Strong Presentation/Training and Communication Skills
D. Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
E. Strong Leadership competencies
F. Ability to work well within a team
G. Strong Interpersonal Skills
H. Fluent in written and spoken English
I. Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel
J. Strong organization and project management skills
H. Fluent in spoken Mandarin”
