📍 Location: Oldham | 💼 Full-time | 💰 £50,000 – £60,000 DOEA well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead and develop its conveyancing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor with leadership experience to take on a senior role within a thriving legal practice.The RoleThe successful candidate will:

• Lead and oversee a busy residential conveyancing team, ensuring high standards of client service and operational efficiency.
• Manage a varied and complex caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold transactions, and transfers of equity.
• Provide strategic direction on case management, risk assessment, and legal best practices.
• Drive business development and networking efforts, expanding the firm’s client base and service offerings.
• Mentor and manage a team of solicitors, associates, and support staff, ensuring continuous professional development.
• Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.
