The Head of People Operations at Langley Trust leads the People team to deliver strategic HR support, ensuring excellent employee experiences aligned with the organisation’s mission and Christian values. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and driving people-focused initiatives across the Trust’s multi-site operations.

• Lead People Business Partnering, Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Systems teams
• Drive the implementation of the People Strategy aligned with Langley’s mission
• Advise on employee relations, change management, and policy development
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture rooted in Langley’s Christian values
• Play a key role as part of the Senior Leadership Team
