About Us:
My client is a global leader in the Aviation sector, committed to driving growth and innovation across international markets. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Head of M&A to lead and execute strategic mergers and acquisitions that align with our global business objectives. This is a key leadership role, and the ideal candidate will have extensive end-to-end experience in managing complex M&A transactions for multinational companies.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, from strategic planning, target identification, due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring to post-merger integration.
• Develop and execute M&A strategies in alignment with the company’s global growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, including market and competitive analysis.
• Conduct and manage comprehensive due diligence processes, ensuring thorough risk assessment and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, operations, and HR teams, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Drive negotiations with target companies, external advisors, and legal counsel to secure favorable deal terms.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven track record of leading large-scale, end-to-end M&A transactions for global companies.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Extensive experience in managing cross-border transactions, with a deep understanding of global regulatory environments.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
