What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who can inspire, lead, and bring out the best in their team
- Experience delivering high-quality, seasonal food as a Head or Sous Chef
- A hands-on leader with a passion for training and developing people
- Strong planning, organization, and cost-control skills
- A creative mind, able to design and deliver exciting menus and specials
- A pro-active, positive approach to driving sales and business growth
