As Group Head of Technical and Engineering with an award winning market leader in vehicle systems, you will provide inspirational leadership of the technical and engineering teams. This challenging role requires an individual with significant experience in a senior technical and engineering management and a track record of leading product development from concept to launch. Your key responsibilities include: — Manage engineering projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met — Oversee product development from concept to market-ready solutions — Foster innovation and technical excellence — Collaborate cross-functionally to align with business goals Your Profile: — Degree or equivalent experience in electronics or electrical engineering. — Proven experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry — Track record of leading product development from concept to launch — Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
